THE DIFFERENT ROLES ON CYC CAMPS
What does leading on camp look like?
Being part of a CYC leadership team means bringing together people with different skills, gifts, and personalities to create unforgettable camp experiences. Whether you love being upfront or prefer to quietly support from behind the scenes, there’s a place for you on our team.
As a leader, you might find yourself caring for a group of young people as a Cabin Leader, running a specialised group as a Stream Leader, capturing memories on the Media Team, keeping everyone safe in First Aid, or bringing the fun and energy through Activities. Every role works together to create a safe, impactful, joy-filled environment for our campers and families.
If you’re passionate about encouraging and engaging young people, have an active Christian faith, and are excited about serving alongside an amazing team, we would love to help you find the right role on camp!
